After crossing the finish line, each finisher —adult, youth, and canine — is awarded with this clover leaf, “Spirit” Medal.
PRIZES
Children and adults compete to win prizes in all events except for the 5k Walk, Family Mile, and Toddler Trot.
Adults compete for the Cash Prize Purse and kids compete for non cash prizes.
Human/dog duos compete for non cash prizes.

Finalizing Results &
Claiming Prizes
FINALIZING RESULTS At Spirit Run, time permitting, following each race, the Awards Booth will post overall results. You may suggest corrections to the overall results at the Solutions Table in the expo or by email for 24 hours after the event. Winners in the various Youth 5k non cash prize divisions will be finalized after the event.
CLAIMING PRIZES NOT DISTRIBUTED AT AWARDS PRESENTATIONS (see below)
Winners not recognized in the Awards Presentations (Youth 5k Division Winners) may claim prizes as follows:
Leave a $5 nonrefundable payment and self-addressed envelope at the Awards Booth. Your prize will be mailed to you after the event if the final results show you won; or
Pick up your prize at Eastbluff Elementary after the event (details will be emailed to everyone who is subscribed to Spirit Run’s email database).
